    Top five supplements

    Please list your top five favorite supplements. You do not need to include protein and multivitamins. Payday is coming soon and I plan on dropping some cash on supps.

    My new favorite is N-Acetyl Cysteine. Literally I have the blood test results proving how good this stuff works.

    I only take a few basic supplements

    multivitamin
    fish oil
    whey protein
    creatine
    NAC

    Why is NAC so good? all that I have read on it showed its for overdose of tylanol and stuff. What do you guys use it for?

    Good for liver support ( especially when cycling orals ). It's also good for detoxification in general.

    I've heard some doctor's say NAC is superior but I've seen studies that say Milk Thistle is superior, so I just double them up.

    Dosages probably vary from person to person but mine goes like this...

    NAC = 2400mg ( 2 600mg capsules twice a day )
    Silymarin ( Milk Thistle ) = 600mg ( 1 300mg capsules twice a day )

    I personally have NAC and milk thistle ready for my cycle.

    And top 5 supps are: vitD3, arginine, fish oil, multi and joint support.
