On top of every meal, try the following.
After every single meal, I take the following supplements, and have been doing so for about 10 months.
Super B Complex
Multivitamin
Vitamin C
Vitamin E
Vitamin D
Fenugreek
Fish Oil
Garlic Oil
Zinc
Selenium
Pomegranate
Green Tea Extract
Milk Thistle
Saw Palmetto
Echinachea
Golden Seal
Ginseng
Ginger Root
Cayenne Fruit
Raspberry Ketone
St Johns Wort
Gingko Biloba
that's on top of every meal. You have to eat a decent amount of food for this amount of stuff to absorb into whatever you ate. Not a ton, but, equivalent to 6 eggs and half a cup of oatmeal, something like that. Eat them on top of a tiny meal and the cayenne with bitch slap your stomach.
My work capacity was already somewhat high, but I can do ridiculous amounts of physical labor taking this. It fights muscle fatigue, boosts natural testosterone , and makes you feel overall better. I am always in a good mood.

austinite I wish! but no. 3 times a week I sort pills. takes a total of about 10 to 15 min total weekly.
kel, I didn't have the time to list the amounts. but the recommended dose is fine for each meal. I make an exception to the st johns wort and gingko biloba. the daily dose goes with every meal.
