Pre workout
I really need some suggestion for a preworkout, I feel so tired and have no energy before working out,at the end i say i will do it tomorrow but then i am tired again tomorrow from all that work and shiz so i have to force myself and i workout like a zombie, anyone have any idea which pre workout is the best, If you know where to buy craze online then please tell me i am willing to take it.

I used to down an energy drink, but honestly I've recently found that if I think about what has p!ssed me off the most that day then I'm good to go.

have a coffee pre workout if you need it..
or find a time of day that your not so tired, like in the morning...
have you joined a gym yet?

Honestly bro, fk those expensive pre work out drinks, get an iced coffee from mcdonalds or regular coffee. Heck even try an epresso.

I have been taking austinite's pre workout supplements but I also added 200mg caffeine (bulk supplements on amazon) and 2.25 grams of vitamin c.
This is austinite's recipe -
PRE-WORKOUT:
L-Citrulline Malate - 3 grams
L-Arginine (micronized) - 2 grams
L-Lysine - 2 grams
L-Methionine - 1 gram
For my caffeine and vitamin c I add my recipe is as follows -
2.5 cups of water (hot)
5 grams caffeine
67.5 grams vitamin c
1 serving is 4 teaspoons (each teaspoon gives you 50mg caffeine and 1/4 serving of vitamin c)
Recipe makes 30 servings total. I sometimes add a teaspoon extra but it usually isn't needed.
After I mix my caffeine and vitamin c with hot water I put it in a water bottle clearly marked caffeine (and danger) and put it in the back of the refrigerator. Shake it up before using.
When I mix the preworkout, I mix it up with cold water and my favorite flavor of crystal light. (I use a half packet of the 16 oz mix you can get at walmart)
Powdered caffeine is dangerous, that is why I mix it so it is weak. There is to big of a chance being way off if you mix it so 1 teaspoon is 200mg. It also is not very water soluble, that is why I pre mix it with hot water.
I also recommend getting a good digital scale that will read down to a 1/100 of a gram. Hard to measure stuff without an accurate scale.Last edited by Brett N; 11-10-2013 at 04:04 PM.

The only thing that actually works is Craze, but its so frigging bad for me but I can't help it, I am hopelessly addicted to it.
