    Sugestions for preworkout

Currently taking Cellucor C4 don't care much for the niacin rush pins n needles feeling. Any suggestions for a killer PWO?

Citrulline and arginine will give you the pump. The caffeine will give the kick. All are very easily available through the power of the Internet. I get mine from a bulk powder supplier.

Not sure what others use but I use 3G citrulline and 2g arginine in mine.

2 whopping grams of blended aminos... waste of money really.

I second this, any kind of effect you're getting from an expensive pre-workout supplement will probably be attributed to these compounds. Don't underestimate caffeine

I need upwards of 300-350mg caffeine now. Caffeine tabs work well and are super cheap. I use them for three weeks then take three weeks away to let tolerance drop back down

Maximize intense by IForce Nutrition served me well; Tastes like aids but who cares.

C4 is garbage, unless you can get Craze (only one place still sells it in the UK by the way) there is no point to take a pre workout right now.

Will tell you if anything decent comes on the market!

By the way does anyone want to take a guess as to how much a tub of Craze costs right now in the UK? If I tell you the answer you will have a heart attack but I'll let you guess first and no cheating by goggling please!

My favorite is Hemovol, I get crazy pumps it almost hurts and there's no stims in it so I can still sleep at night. A little pricey but worth it to me

Caffeine is the only thing I use, the rest seems to be for people who are at the peak of their fitness goal needing to push the last bit.

    Thanks

I like True Nutrition's Buzzsaw. It contains about 250 mg of caffeine including green tea. In addition it has BCAA, dextrose, different forms of creatine, maltodextrine, dextrose and a few other ingredients. It's fairly inexpensive at $21.85 for 30 servings. Since I live close to the company, I can just pick it up and avoid the shipping cost.

C4 that you are taking is bullshiit , serving size is only 6 grams and expensive too. You are better off buying separate ingredients like they said above: Citrulline L-Arginine and caffeine, but if you want a ready to go Supplement get Animal Rage , HemoRage ultra concentrated, even NO-Xplod .

Good thing cause they rip me a new one on shipping charges since I'm on the East coast.

Before they allowed products to be picked up, they were going to charge me $10 for shipping a bag of protein powder only 12 miles. I emailed them asking about their rate and that's what they were quoted for the shipping, but they did hook me up. One of the employees was going to a softball game near me so I just met him there picked up the powder.

Well that was cool of them...personally, this is why I haven't ordered from them in awhile. I found a bulk supplement place here on the east coast called Nutriabio and I'm liking their products and shipping isn't bad at all.
