    Hey buddy,

This all depends on your goals. Arginine/Citrulline, B12 and NAC are a staple for me on cycle. That and 100 others, lol. But all really depends on what you want out of your cycle and supplementations. Technically, you don't 'need' anything.

So tell us, what exactly are you trying to improve on? Appetite, muscle endurance, vascularity, etc...?

Hey Aus! Nac i am wanting to get iv'e read your article about NAC/TUDCA. The main thing i am focusing on is Vascularity and overall health. Maybe better sleep and Energy also. Where do you get your Amino Acids? I think you mentioned a place but forgot and i think you said you buy in powder form and make your own. Which is something i would love to start doing. If you had a top 10 list of Amino Acids etc what would you recommend? Also what do you think of Multivitamins? Like is there a brand or something that you recommend? Thanks again for all you do Austinite!! Also i see your a fan of Dana! I have her latest banner "Show the world who the **** you are" it's awesome!!

    Great goals.

Other than lower body fat, vascularity can be achieved with Amino Acids. Arginine and Citrulline should be a staple for this goal. My amino acids are all in powder form. I mentioned several places but not places I purchase from. Mine are wholesale products as I also retail them, so you wouldn't be able to buy from there unless you want massive quantities. You can find plenty online. A good website is beyond-a-century.com. If you prefer Tablets or capsules, the following are brands that have my stamp of approval...

    - LEF (Life Extension)
    - NuMedica
    - NOW Products
    - Jarrow
    - Xymogen
    - BIO-TECH
    - McPherson Labs
    - Neuro Biologix

As for top 10 amino acids list, it would be as follows, but not in any order, as they all serve varying purposes...

    - Arginine
    - Citrulline
    - Tryptophan
    - Theanine
    - Tyrosine
    - Ornithine
    - Lysine
    - Cysteine
    - Methionine
    - Glutamine

For sleep, I think everyone should take 400mg of Magnesium Citrate before bed, every night. It's a very important mineral and a host of benefits, and is also a great muscle relaxer. You can add anything to aid in sleep, such as melatonin.

Multi-vitamins are really not worth the money in my opinion. The quantities are never good enough.

Check out this thread for the "Vital" stuff...

I will def go to that website. I am currently using some NOW products right now. Arginine, Tyrosine and Taurine. I have ON Opti Men which is almost finished. I figured that most of those Multivitamins are a waste! Magnesium okay i remember reading that. I am taking Melatonan right now because of this Tren lol. I will read that thread and i am gonna go back over your other threads also. I probably will buy in bulk if i can. Thanks Austinite!!

Aus what do you think of Pre Workout powders? Also what about protein powders? If you had to create or choose supps what would you take for an extra boost before a workout?

I don't know which pre workout you're speaking of. I need to see the label.

I don't use protein powders. Nothing really gives a "Boost".

Like BSN No Xplode or DS Craze. That's about right. GB said as long as you are getting your macros then supplementing with protein powder is unecessary. Thanks Austinite!!

GB is correct. Shakes are meal replacements. If you're getting your meals in, you don't need replacements.

I don't know what BSN is. Need to see labels.
