    Fenugreek w/ Test cyp???

Hey everyone, got a question. A few months back it started taking fenugreek supplement because I saw that it is the main active ingredient in most test boosters. I read last night that fenugreek is processed through the liver and controls the amount of test that is allowed in your blood stream. It's a booster and also a regulator.

Here's my question, do you think it messes with a cycle?

Where did you read all this? It's good for your hair, that's about it.

I was taking TestX180 from Force Factor. The active ingredient is Testofen. Testofen's is pretty much Fenugreek. If you google Fenugreek it says that it does many things. One is it regulates the amount of T your liver allows into your blood stream. There is also an article in the new issue of muscle and fitness that talks about increasing your testosterone . One of the supplements it tells you to take is fenugreek. Just don't want to be counteracting my cycle with some supplement thats going to hold up my progress.

I would have to see some real evidence that Fenugreek increases Testosterone levels
to a degree that be performance enhancing.
