Is it oki when using clen to also use nitrazepam 10mg to help me sleep , I work 12 hour shifts and hate the thought of beeing up all night ?
( Yes I am aware that when you start. some cycles its the nature of the beast , but I have resources available to me so thought i might aswell use if I can)

Risking getting hooked on benzos just to use clen seems like a poor decision.

Yea ill be taking when I wake up on a empty stomache , the nitra was just to help me sleep if I get the horrible sweaty up all night side effects ( which is more than lightly while on clen lol )

I've never had that effect from clen at bed time. Make sure you don't take it within about 10 hours of bedtime and you shouldn't have a problem
I always had less sides when I split my higher dosages into 3 at 3-4 hour intervals.
