Making own pre-wo supp
Has anyone had good/bad results making ur own pre-wo supp mixing the raw bulk powders? I was looking at austinites prewo and looked into just making a mix of powders, but I'm used to buying from trusted brands and none make cheap bulk.

What are some examples of trusted brands?
Making your own preworkout is the only way to ensure a blend that does everything that you want. Nothing better really. Go for it.~ PLEASE DO NOT ASK FOR SOURCE CHECKS ~

I see. Yeah that's all mostly filled with crap you don't need.
Get some raws and make your own if you want the real deal.~ PLEASE DO NOT ASK FOR SOURCE CHECKS ~

Thanks. I was going to mostly fallow ur recipe and add some caffine, creatine, and maybe some daa what do u think and what mg.
Also can u just put right mg per serving X100 mix all together really well and scoop out of one big jar?

I don't do creatine or daa. I drink a lot of coffee though, but not extract.
I don't recommend pre-mixing powders together unless you can master a perfect method for even concentrations. Not easy to do without fillers.~ PLEASE DO NOT ASK FOR SOURCE CHECKS ~

No use for it. Creatine can't do anything for me that I can't accomplish without it.
DAA, according to my trusted friend jimmyinkedup, is the only natural test booster that works. How well it works, and is it worth it? I don't have the experience to answer.~ PLEASE DO NOT ASK FOR SOURCE CHECKS ~

To add, most pwo drinks have fillers. The cost is insane. Say 30$ for a month, that's like 2dollars a day. For 50$ I can make a stack to last for 1yr plus, depending what I want in it.

Good info Austinite and t-dogg... I was wondering if caffine (in any form) has a counter effect on pumps since it constricts blood vessels? has anyone replaced caffine with guranna?
