Question on doses?
Can I just take 2 scoops post workout instead of 1 before 1 after workout? Or can I just take 1 scoop post?

I always take 3-5g creatine. I m not a fan of beast tho, too expensive for no reason. I used prolab creatine, worked like a boss like i could actually see how much water retention increased. With beast.. wasnt like that proly cuz i just have to use more dosage since like half the scoop is just useless sugar and etc...

I took it before and after and all 5 g after...felt the same result. Positive
