    Dextrose powder vs carrot juice for mixing creatine monohydrate post workout?

    Need to spike insulin levels to better transport creatine into cells post workout, should I just buy some dextrose powder or should I juice up some carrots and mix it that way? Thanks all.

    Haha yea, it also tastes fukn awesome! The only pain is cleaning up the juicer afterwards

    Would you prefer juicing up apples? Idk I've read that apples are the most pesticide contaminated fruits of all.
