    BCAA's?

Okay guys what's your input on BCAA's? Also would they really help during a cutting phase? Or is there something better lol!

I swear by BCAA's recuperation is at least 1 full day faster for me...(I tested it out a couple of time to make sure) it gives me the opportunity to workout a muscle group 2x a week. Major tool for building muscle cutting phase or not...

Creatine is good, i take it all the time, just pure creatine mono. What Creatine supp do you take? I am just beginning PCT from my Test, Tren, Dbol cycle. I am also about to purchase some Amino Acids powder form thanks to Austinite.

Hi for me allmax AMINOCORE BCAA and creatine Mutant crea-kong...

If I was going on a cycle you bet I would use the protein synthesis of the anabolics to feed even more BCAA' and creatine in my muscles.

Bpi has a good bcaa deal. I am gonna mostly depend on food but add in some of this. Haven't looked up the latest on creatine. Is Monogydrate still at the top as for what kind of creatine?

    Gold Standard 100% Whey Powder
Mixes with just a spoon... actually will dissolve in water on its own.

    24 grams protein, 5.5 grams BCCA's,

ON optimum nutrition's website a 2 lb container is $28

10g before a work out 10g during and 10g after a work out.

Especially if you train early morning fasted. also it will help prime intake for protein post work out.

Ive read its maybe not a great idea to take a protein shake with the last dose of bcaa and wait a bit. Because of conflicting absorption . truth or myth sometime worth looking into on your own to get the real facts.

Nothing wrong with BCAA'a at all. Remember it this way: Protein is the building blocks of muscle. BCAA's are the building blocks of protein.

Exactly!! So it's best to have a steady flow of BCAAs and Protein (Food or Shake) steady flow throughout the day. Thanks Kelkel for confirming!!

You can get BCAA as well as all the other amino acids from food but supplementing them is more exact and you dont have to deal with keeping track of all the other food components (fats, sugars, etc) Absorption is also faster as your body dosent have to wait for full digestion process with food. Right now I'm taking a GNC micronized BCAA because I still have some left. For creatine regular monohydrate is the best, dont fall victim to the fads of ethyl esters, kre alkalyn, malate, buffered, etc. its all hype to take more of your money. Stick with a good pure micronized creatine monohydrate, I use Optimum nutrition brand, its inexpensive and high quality.

I know, I know some users will say, no wait, my creatine is the best. If that is you look up and read this article that compares creatine types. Bottom line creatine monohydrate is the best.

BCAA one of the only supps I take

    hhttp://www.nutrabio.com/category/bcaa/

^ Cheap, however no flavor, so buy a small tub of whatever flavored brand of BCAA and mix it in.
