    Essential supplements

I have been a bodybuilder for about 3 years now and I haven't been using any supplements besides some whey protein isolate right after my workouts. I eat 5-6 meals a day, about 4,000 total calories. 50% of my diet is carbohydrates (sweet potatoes, brown rice, oatmeal, whole grain bread), 25% is protein (milk, chicken, fish, lean beef), and 25% is fats (nuts, olive oil). I weigh about 200 pounds at the moment with 10-12% body fat. I am trying to bulk up more this winter so I was wondering what you all would recommend as far as additional supplements, dietary stuff, etc?

    Thanks so much!
    Merry Christmas!
