I'm looking to take hawthorn berries to reduce blood pressure. Can someone tell me what's best: hawthorn berry extract, or hawthorn berry powder? Also, does anyone have any suggestions on the cheapest place to order it??
Thanks!!

While hawthorne berry is good for cardiovascular health, olive leaf is more specified to reduce blood pressure than hawthorne is. Take 500mg of olive leaf extract standardized to around 15-20% oleuropeins two times a day.
