Creatine Choices
There is always debates on creatines and which to use so I thought I'd leave it to experienced people. I've read creatine eythel ester is supposed to absorb 20x better than mono hydrate (which is what I've taken in the past) and it is supposed to control bloating and water retention. It is slightly more expensive but if it's that much better I wouldn't care. Any thoughts on all this and if it is better what are some reputable brands?

We have tried them all. In the end,,,there is nothing better than regular Creatine Monohydrate.
Just use a good quality brand...look for companies who use Creapure.

I use universal creatine mono. Creatine mono is tried and proven but Creatine with this and that and everything else is just theory and bro science. I think Universal is one of them brands where high quality meets a fairly decent price, IMO best bang for your buck

Creatine monohydrate is superior to all other "fad" creatine choices. Save your money and go with a high quality micronized creatine monohydrate. I use optimum nutrition brand. If someone tries to "convince" you the other versions such as ethyl ester, kre alkalyn, malate, buffered, etc. are better read this before you spend your money.

Creatine Monohydrate works really well for me and I've tried most of them

I use a mono as well. However a mono that is "Micronized" is better. Again as stated prev, it's also just a process that makes the particles 10-20 smaller. It claims to be more efficient and have better absorption due to the greater surface area, but I don't think there's data to prove, like skaz stated, only in theory. I can only say that from seeing it, it mixes better. But that also depends on what you mix with.

Mono is the best as most of my frnds has mentioned. I take the unflavored Mono and mix it with apple or grape juice and take immediately after ma workout. However some people get hairloss by taking creatine (there's a valid article for my saying, i'll find and attach it) even for those who hairloss isnt genetics in their family. HCI is a preworkout creatine and gives you a noticeable pump.
