Very basic question. I've currently finished the Insanity workout with Shaun T twice, and just started The Asylum also with Shaun T.
I want to attack this workout with supplements to get better results. I already plan to use protein shakes, but I was wondering if I should take creatine as well.
Keep in mind, this workout is mostly body resistance, with SOME weight training. It isn't really LIFTING.
Is creatine worth it? Or will I just get fat on water weight and not really get results?
