Any advice on supplementing with just Zinc and Magnesium, instead of ZMA. Also I saw this guy at the gym putting something on his Abs and Forearms that resembled a roll on deodorant, was this most likely transdermal Magnesium?

It was probably deodorant...
Just be sure to take Magnesium at night, within a couple hours from bed time.

Thanks, not deodorant though. It was a roll on and then rubbed in, in between sets. He was explaining it to a few of the new guys at the gym and I never got around to asking. Anyway, so take the zinc and magnesium before bed like I would ZMA, correct? Any particular mg
The reason I brought up transdermal magnesium is I googled it for bodybuilding and it fit the description however the info resembled a snake oil add and I was curious if anyone had ever heard of this

Good info Austin...I never knew this about Magnesium. I've always taken 400 a day. 300 in the morning & 100 at night. Thanks

No I thought maybe magnesium....when I googled "roll on supplements for weightlifting" transdermal magnesium therapy kept popping up. I haven't seem him back since so I can't ask... Oh well very odd though
