Best fat burning pills out and up to date 2014

Looking for a good fat burning pill. I feel hydroxycut is over rated, but never tried it personally. I have tried Gaspari Detonate and they worked pretty good. Anything stronger out there? Thanks

I use 7Keto by Bodybuilding.com Foundation Series...hard to tell if it actually works but I have lost fat, although that could be due to my diet also.

The only thing those pills do is either hype you up with caffeine, or try to reduce hunger with chemical cocktail. You can achieve both without them. IMO fat burners are a waste of money. If you want to burn fat increase your exercise or eat less calories.

Like Austinite said, there is really no such thing.
The most effective OTC ones will be spiked with unknown/untested stimulants that will probably be banned in short order.
The legal and safe ones are mostly just good old caffeine with fancy labels.
Ephedrine and caffeine stacked are IMO your best option.

x3 on ECA. It's cheap and depending on where you live, you should be able to purchase it fairly easily.

ECA is the only thing OTC (SOME AREAS) that I could suggest. Most things just dont work.

Caloric Deficit =) But seriously, I've tried Animal cuts, Redline, hydroxycut, Super HD, Shred Matrix only to come to the realization I like cutting better without anything but the diet. Save your money....just my .02.

I tried grenade thermo detonator about 18 months ago . I lost a lot weight but my diet was very clean ( and low calorie ) and I was hitting gym 5 days a week doing nothing but cardio ... They gave me energy for workouts but after about a week of using I didn't feel anything
