    anyone? A Victor Conte (BALCO) supplement he recommended to his clients (Barry Bonds, Marion Jones, Bill Romanoski). Fools gold?

    ZMA is a decent OTC supplement. It will help you relax and sleep which will improve recovery. You dont have to use CONTE's brand.
    MANY other choices.
