    (Estrogen)Zinc dosage

    Hey Bros
    Quick question??
    Im on TRT and I would like to know at what dosage can Zinc be taken to reduce Estrogen?
    Should it be mornings or at night!
    I have a bottle of 100 mg zinc laying around....

    I use 50mg. I feel that is the max anyone should use. If you only have 100mg bottle, I would use it and then switch to 35-50 daily. I would not use 100+ for longterm use. Assuming your bottle is no more than a 90 day supply.

    I will use 100 mg for two weeks then I will cut the tabs in two.
    Should it be taken in the morning or at night?

    Take it before bed. I like a ZINC/COPPER blend.
