Joints are killing glocosamine not enough.
Alright guys, I've been off cycle for over 6 months because I'm training for a boxing match where I've had to lose quite a bit of weight (lost a lot of muscle but besides the point) the problem is my new training routine is crippling my joints. I jarred my elbows last week, shoulders, knees and ankles are killing. Obviously the lower my body fat is getting the less water retention I have is not helping. Currently taking glucosamine and cod liver oil but to no avail. Is there any other supplement that could help? Thanx a lot

I feel your pain brother.
As far as I know the only over the counter stuff is you can get is Chondroitin, Glucosamine, and Methylsulfonylmethane.
Some formulas have combinations of these ingredients. They work better together than alone.
There may be some herbs out there which could be beneficial but I dont know much about herb remedies.
For the powerful stuff only way is to get Rx from doc.

Austinite I don't fancy going on cycle and shutting myself down before my fight. As well as gaining an advantage I'm hoping to go staring hit on cycle afterwards help put the weight back on. I will have a look for this msm see if that helps. Cheers guys

Try high doses of Burdock Root. 2 to 3 grams. See if that helps.
