I had a quick question regarding vitamin B. I take one a day for men multi vitamin and I was curious if I should also supplement a vitamin B complex. I am very active but I just don't know if I am getting enough in my regular diet along with the one a day vitamin which I listed the B values below.
B1 1.35 mg
B2 1.7 mg
B3 18 mg
B5 16 mg
B6 3 mg
B7 75 mcg
B9 400 mcg
B12 18 mcg
