Help needed with Ephedrine please
Hey everyone, I'm contemplating on taking ephedrine for a month to lose a few pounds of fat. First, I'll start with a few pics.
This is me now.

He looks a lot dryer and we look like we have the same amount of muscle mass on us. How do I lose the fat to look like that? I don't want to go on a plain caloric deficit and risk losing muscle because that would suck :/ and I'm vegetarian so I can't find low carb foods to dry myself out by depleting carbs, everything I eat has so many carbs in it lol.
So would ephedrine help with that or is it not worth the sides you have? Thanks!

John, it's great to have inspiration but that's not how you get to a physique you want. You have to know your current stats and exactly where you need to be to get there. I don't recommend ephedrine. Have you had your diet evaluated?

Hey, thanks for the reply, I appreciate it. I plan on bulking for a while but just wanted to do a mini cut (lose water weight and some fat) for summer.
My diet consists of 2800-3100 calories a day, I've been lifting for 10 months and I've put on 20lb of muscle and 3lb of fat, I'm an ectomorph so I don't gain that much fat. I get 160g protein a day and a ton of carbs because I eat a lot of brown rice and quinoa.
Do you recommend any supplements or do you think just a caloric deficit would do?

I wake up and eat 4 white eggs and some oats
Have lunch with a protein patty (vegetarian) on a roll with a protein shake
Have a bowl of brown rice and a sweet potato before lifting
Have another protein shake after lifting
Have dinner which is random every day
Have another bowl of brown rice at night
I throw in a protein bar of fruits throughout the days sometimes too along with whole wheat pasta and (sometimes) mac and cheese lol.
My shakes are
1-2 scoops protein powder (3 scoops total a day)
a banana
a tbsp of olive oil only once
10 almonds
sometimes some raw oats
1tbsp peanut butter
cup 1% milk

You can run an EC stack and lose fat a little faster.
Then just slather yourself in baby oil and you're GTG

You think it'd be worth it for just 4-5 lb loss? I was planning on starting with 15mg and 200mg caffeine and going up to 30mg and 300mg caffeine and doing this for two weeks then dropping ephedrine and slowly tapering off of caffeine.
Any supplements to go with it to help prevent sides? Should I take aspirin?

Honestly, I love EC stack. Makes me feel great and semi euphoric. But the kid in your pic probably used some clen . EC is strong enough to help you get to 10% bf but if you want some help getting to 7-8% like him then clen is your answer. Clen will allow you to keep muscle while on a caloric deficit a lot better than ec. But of course be careful of the potentially dangerous sides. If you do decide to get clen please make sure you really read up on proper dosages and precautions.

Also, like you said, the kid is prolly depleted of carbs and water retention. EC will definitely knock down your water retention REAL fast. Youll look like you lost 5 lbs within a couple days. Remember that will be almost all water weight though.
Also I wouldnt go so high on the caffeine and ephedrine. The max you want to go is 25mg ephed and 200mg caffeine 3x daily. For the first day I would try half that dose and see how you feel

Thanks for the reply dude, I've been hovering around this site for a while and I've read up a lot on clen and clen vs ephedrine but I was always under the impression that clen for a 19 year old was too rough.
I would stick to a comfortable dosage of course (don't think I'd ever overdose) but do you think if I cut that much fat I'd look like that? What I mean is, in my picture I'm like 13% body fat, he's like 8% in his. 5% body fat for me is like 8lb so I'd go from 160 to 152, is that too much a drop? I know clen is anti-catabolic so that'd be a great plus but clen @ 160 seems too much lol.
You don't reckon ephedrine is enough to bring me to 8%? :/

oh, and I meant I would take 15mg ephedrine with 100mg caffeine only in the morning once a day then do twice a day and just stick to 30mg total and 200mg total.
