T3 Austinite is forcing Gearbox to do a log! Here goes...
You all should have already read Aust whole thread on t3 so I do not have to cover anything regarding dosing protocol or timing etc...
If you have not read it here it is below.

Happy to answer questions during the course of my log
Day 1-will be 50mcg and will be 4 weeks long and I will re-evaluate where I am at.Last edited by gearbox; 03-02-2014 at 04:33 PM.

It has actually been 6 days now so I will report what has happened so far.
day 4-I got a head ache all day long and it didn't go away until I woke up the next morning. I purposely didn't take aspirin so I could see how long the head ache would last and how uncomfortable it was going to be. (I am not prone to head aches at all and cant remember the last time I had one) oh when I tried 100mg drol I got one with a nose bleed from a sky rocketed BP...
Everything was fine at the start of day 5 and now 6 has been good also. I have felt a slight increase in sweating upon working out since day 2 but nothing major. Could be due to warmer weather and not the t3.
current body temperature is 97.5

Looking killer bro. I think you're lower than 14 without a doubt. Probably lower than 12%. This should be a great log! Great example of hard work and using an edge at the proper time.

Thanks guys. I have the love handles that take up space. And tbh my midsection is actually decent at 17% but I'm fat other places.
My back and legs hold my fat I guess.

Day 7
I believe the lips are becoming chapped more quickly then pre t3. That is all I notice as of day 7. The sweating that I thought was happening in day 5 is not really an increase. I guess it was just hot at the gym that day.
Taking BP daily
Taking temperature daily
Any questions let me know?

thanks kel. I do plenty of cardio which is something you have not heard of. It is funny cause I ate very clean for a long time with no much results in shredding fat but once I started cardio at 30 min 5-7x a week it started coming off pretty quick. Then you get to that sticky point and it gets real tough to climb over that hill.
I could use some N.O. if you want to spare some?

How often will you weigh / take bf% ?
-
02-19-2014, 12:27 PM #15
I like to go off appearance since weight can fluctuate a few lbs. But I will weigh in once a week. Monday morning of each week.
I will have bf% done at end of t3 if I feel I'm at where I want to be which is a true 8-9%. Hard to do cause one bad eating day can take weeks to recover imo

It's extremely time consuming. I have to get up very early to be able to fit it into my schedule. I believe the slower you cut the more muscle you hold onto. I think most people would agree. But you need to be careful cause usually your already at a calorie restricted diet.

Diet and cardio. Did am cardio 7x a day for 16 weeks. It's definitely a life style when you really start to put serious effort into cutting or bulking.
Ppl think bulking means you can eat a few bad meals. Wrong! I will forever watch my bulk. If you cheat while cutting it just takes longer

Coming home from vegas. I did okay with diet. Need to hit cardio in am!
T3- it appears to be making my whole waist smaller. abs are not anymore defined or definition. Just my overall waist is smaller. Let's see what another 4 weeks brings
