B12, Zinc, Iron, Magnesium (IV/IM)
Sorry if this is in the wrong place, i am deficient in B12, Zinc, Iron and Magnesium and was hoping someone could point me in the right direction for info on how to get hold of them for injection and what's the protocol.
I'v done searches on the net but not found any definite guide or reliable source, maybe i'm searching wrong but any help would be much appreciated.
My digestive system is in poor condition so foods/pills don't work.
Thanks

From your doctor if you're deficient. Sounds like you need to be diagnosed properly. You may consider seeking a second professional opinion.

Thanks for the reply, i wish it was as easy as that.
I had to have private tests done and now my dr won't acknowledge them. Basically the standard test they offer here in the UK is not adequate enough to get an accurate reading for Magnesium and although my Hair / Mineral sample shows i am deficient in all those mentioned in my first post they ignore it because i had it done privately.
It shows my sodium / potassium ratio is low too and this points to severe liver and kidney damage but they still won't listen to me. This is why i need to self medicate.
Thanks
