Inositol, is it usefull?

Hi, has anyone been using inositol?
I bought some, just been using for a week but don't really notice anything...

Anyone has experience with inositol?

I took it for several years. cheap. little to no benefit to me, so I stopped.

I agree with this. If i recall It was like an insulin mimetic but I didnt notice anything from it.
