Ec stack extremely thirsty

I'm on my seventh day of taking my ec stack. 1 tablet bronkaid (25mg ephedrine) and 200 mg of caffeine three times a day. I'm experiencing no heart problems,jitters or symptoms except extreme thirst. I know caffeine is a diuretic so I increased water intake.I've been drinking about 1.5 gallons daily and peeing clear but still I'm extremely thirsty. It's the thirst being caused by the ephedrine? Is it possible I'm some how dehydrated?

IMHO add some aspirin. ECA is very synergistic together. Whenever I run it I'm always extra thirsty even though I usually drink more than a gallon of water a day. If I'm thirsty, I drink.

I've been debating adding aspirin because people have posted stating that it can cause damage. Also I've read that aspirin is really only needed for people with high bf% to thin the blood and protect the heart. What are the benefits of adding aspirin to my current stack? What is the recommended dosage to get benefits and have minimal chance of side effects?

Back when you could buy ephedrine OTC, it was usually 25 mg; at least these were the ones I bought.

Back in the day ECA worked very well for me. I used 25mg ephedrine, 200 mg caffeine, and 81mg aspirin.

Assuming you are doing this for thermogenesis, that's why I used it. In my experience it worked very well without sides other than increased thirst.

I don't like the ratios in the pre- mades.

Adding aspirin won't change anything.
You're thirsty because you're stacking 2 diuretics and because they are both decreasing saliva production (stimulants cause dry mouth, which will make you think you're dehydrated).

Right now I take only 12.5mg of E and 200mg of C - along with aspirin and fish oil


I drink damn near two gallons of water a day. In AZ it doesn't even seem like that much, I piss dark when I'm barely under a gallon a day since I sweat like a slave outside when working.

Thanks for your response this is spot on what's been happening. My fluid levels are great just a very dry mouth.
