    Ecdy worth it?

Ecdysterone? Effective? Did any of you take this for 6 months to a year?

It is useless for invertebrates. Great hormones for insects, though.

A particularly good one is Mass Pro Synthagen.

Take it before/after your workout, and it all but obliterates DOMS/you recover REAL fast. Full spectrum Rhaponticum Carthamoides Extract is the source genus used (for Ecdy), although EAA's, beta-alanine, TMG, Mg Asparate and Orotic Acid are also present. I have a 20 year history with Ecdy going back to ZOE Discoveries Zebutol (suma extract), Hexandrolone, Amino Discounters Laxogenin, etc. etc. I've downed grams of it orally, transdermally, sublinguals, intra-nasals and yes - injected a sterile RCE (Thermolife's material/water based). The latter was done by a famous/infamous (depending who you ask) chemist, I'm sure you all know who I'm talking about.

Attached are pictures of ZOE Discoveries (not Labs) Zebutol, Ecdy (Laxogenin) and Maxwell Research's "Anabolica", a 5-alpha-hydroxy Laxogenin Acetate product. Laxogenin was first studied by Dr. Syrov in Russia. I have a copy of his related paper, "An Experimental Study On The Anabolic Activities Of 6-Keto Derivatives Of Some Natural Sapogenins". Also have a copy of the very rare companion paper, "Novel, Natural And Non-Hormonal Anabolic Agents Derived From Plants".

Yeah I'm new here, doesn't mean I'm new to this or spamming. Don't take my word for it. Check out virtually any review online or PM people using Synthagen. Their words, not mine. No, it doesn't work like gear but yes - the recovery benefits are absurd. If any of you ever had the privilege of using the ORIGINAL Progenex, it's a lot like that.

I'm on 400mg/week of Test Cyp, have used Methyl-1test etc and can make the comparison. Synthagen doesn't add mass like those of course, but it does recover you as fast or faster. And no, my test cyp isn't bunk. I get it from a compounding pharmacy as part of my HRT.

While I agree human studies are needed, there is ample evidence that Ecdysterone is worthy of further research/experimentation. Nice to see western studies, validating Dr. Syrov's work decades ago:

EDIT: I tried posting links to a half dozen studies showing muscle gain/fat loss etc, but I'm too "new" here...

Despite their steroidal skeleton structure, plant sterols have absolutely zero effects in humans. Period, end of story.
    Save your money folks.

I'll simply let the conclusions of these German bio-chemists, speak for itself:

"Our data clearly confirm that ecdysterone is a compound with strong anabolic activity in vivo and in vitro, and that estradiol receptor-beta seems to be involved at least in vitro", the researchers write. "This opens therapeutic perspectives for the treatment of muscle injuries, sarcopenia, and cachectic disease, but also needs to be considered with respect to classification of ecdysterone as a substance that could be misused for doping purposes."

in vitro studies are worthless and they in no way translate to the relevant in vivo effects f a compound. Save your breath and the speculative BS. The real word deal is and is proven to be that they have no anabolic effects in humans - at all. Stop shilling or your stay here will be a short one. I will not allow our members to be swayed or newcomers to be preyed upon by someone shilling useless plant sterols.

Go back to BB.com where you are a known shill of this garbage you loser.

Wow, you need to back off the test brother.

Nice welcome. Apparently, you can't have an opinion here - unless it's in sync with yours. Thanks again Jimmy...
