    meal plans + supplement Review. tips/suggestions

    hey everyone i am starting my first cycle soon (500 mg test per week) the exact same on in the starters post with PCT ext...

    my stats;

    Age 25
    weight 188lbs
    BF 9%
    weight 5'11
    Goal is to gain muscle mass while losing BF % (shredded)

    my daily week plan is the same for 6 days while 1 day cheat meal.

    breakfast = oat meal with barries + whey protein shake (skim milk)

    snack 1= banana, apple + fat free yogurt

    lunch = chicken breast, sweet potato/ brown rise and broccoli

    snack 2 = oats + shake or greens with shake (skim milk)

    dinner = chicken breast, sweet potato/ brown rise and broccoli

    snake 3 = fruits, yogurt, or a shake (skim milk)

    and before bed two TBS of almond butter with a shake (skim milk)



    as for supplements;

    Whey protein
    Casine protein (before bed)
    BCAA
    omen 3,6,9 liquid tablets
    Fish oil tablets
    Creation (post workout)
    Multi Vitamins
    Vitamin C
    L-Glutamine
    Glucosamine
    Carnitine With CLA



    while my workout plan.

    Mo = Chest
    Tu = Arms, Bic and tris
    we = shoulders
    Th= back
    Fr = legs
    Sa = 20-30 min Cardio
    sun = day off + cheat meal



    first i would like to thank you first for taking time in reading my post, secondly i would like to ask for your reviews, tips about the supplements i am taking, is it compatible with my goals?

    To many damn shakes. And IMO I'm either gaining muscle OR losing fat. Not both at the same time.
