    Glutamine PWO??

    Hey guys

    Just a quick question. I have been supplementing with Glutamine 5g Pre work out and 5g post. I have just read that having glutamine post work out counters the absorption with the glutamine peptides in whey. Is this true? Should I ditch the post work out glutamine?

    Personally, I'd just stick to managing to your macros. The weakest link always seems to be nutrition. Unless you have your nutrition plan really dialed in, I'd suggest the cost outweighs the benefits.

    I still have half a kilo in the pantry. Stopped using it several years ago.

    I never heard that study. I take mine before bed most times.
