Just curious what your guys thoughts and or experience is with this stuff. I read a little bit about it and how it works with the body's fat absorption, but I would assume that it would also affect muscle building.

beats me. if you want to reduce BF%, either reduce your calories or increase your cardio is my .02
most supps don't work, or very minimally
I have them on hand and pop 60mg occasionally after a meal with too much fat. Think they work fine. The stool is definitely more oily, nothing unmanageable though.
Xenical - basically will force u to eat healthy, low fat; it reacts to fat eaten and basically you will poo, sometimes violently if you eat high fat foods
