    Question T3...When?

    Just looking for some opinions...

When beginning a cut, is it a bad idea to go ahead and use T3 from day 1 or will this not be a problem?

If you used it for a while but then stopped using T3 during your cut would this lead to gaining alot of the fat that has been lost due to your body being used to burning more calories?

Wow. No replies in over 2 weeks. I'll just take that as no one on here is sure.

    Thanks anyway.

I am not sure I understand the question. From day 1 you must mean from the start of your cut? I personally wait a little bit, at least a week or two of cutting at exactly the right calories to make sure I have adjusted the diet and to the diet properly before I begin any compounds. To each his own though.

Been covered a million times. A simple search would have yielded an answer for you. So no, it's not that no one knows.

Wait a couple weeks and then start using it.

I like starting my cut without it. As calories get lower and you hit a sticking point that's when I add it. Just my bro science and what works for me. If diet is in check and training is on point cutting shouldn't be too tough, but once you get to the single digit point that T3 is a nice boost
