    Vasodilation

I have been seeing products OTC such as NO Black and while I have never given them much time or though, I was wondering what everyone's experiences have been with NO supplements.

Do you like OTC supplements like No2 Black? What about Cialis as a hemodilator? Do you have another preference such as getting it through natural foods?

Cialis is a staple for me. Arginine/Citrulline as well.

Im not real big on the NO supps. I do take low dose cialis (3mg) every day. The thing with the NO stuff and pumps is I dont think you build any more muscle and sometimes a pump is more of a detriment than a good thing. At any rate I get a hell of a pump taking the cia everyday and often when Im on cycle I run low dose dbol which give me a heck of a pump as well.

Thanks for the feedback. I have been a big fan of the arginine pills but only used cialis once and very briefly. I am going to look into using it more steadily. I have never touched dbol either but I might try it in my next cycle to just see how I like it.

I just had to come back to this post and say what a wonderful job you did with your prostate/cialis post. I am not going to be quick to self-diagnose as I will let my doctor do that but I do have every single symptom of an enlarged prostate from a moderate to severe degree.

I have always suspected my prostate being a cause of my bladder issues but always wrote it off because the juvenile idea of a prostate exam bothered me. This was a great help and really opened my eyes to something I was close minded about.

Your dosing protocols of 5-10mgs a day, are those year round or on cycle only?
