    Highest Protein Quantity

    They say I need to take 400g of protein a day for a Mag10 cycle. I don’t believe I can possibly eat that much. I was hoping someone out there could recommend a protein shake that has the most possible protein in it. Thanks!

    no bro you dont' need 400g protein for mag10... how much do you weigh? how much lean mass do you have? those are more important questions you must answer first...

    as far as protein goes, any of the current whey proteins on the market should have a high protein content.. they only mainly differ in scoop and serving size..

    BOOZEBAG I take in anywher form 400 450 g of protein everyday. You can do it if you want to. Just space your meal out every 2.5 to 3 hours.

    Stillsmall is right though Mag10 is making a blanket statement if they are telling you need to take 400g of protein while on their product. You should take in 2 to 2.5 g per day per pound of body weight to be safe. Some guys go as low as 1.5g of protein per pound.

    Thanks guy's, I going to do the 2g per pound thing. I also found a supplement with 60g per shake. Will definetly make things easier. Good luck!!

    i thought the body can only process 40g per hour. either way i heard 2g for every pound.

    overkill is better than underkill.. I say go for MAXIMUM OVERKILL>. .lol
