    Vegetable Pills and/or Powder

    Not a big fan of Vegetables.

    Has anyone tried Vegetable pills and/or Powder?

    Do they really give you your daily requirement of Vegetables?

    They lack the fiber that you would get from actual vegetables, but other than that they're generally a great source of antioxidants, micronutrients, digestive enzymes, and probiotics. I eat vegetables and add 1 serving of greens powder supps to my shakes.

    a multivitamin could be of use as well

    Yeah, I probably actually take too many supplements.

    I actually take FruitFestiv and VeggieFestiv, 2 pills at breakfast and 2 at dinner.

    FruitFestiv is supposed to provide 23 Fruits plus Antioxidants, Digestive Enzymes, and Probiotics.

    VeggieFestiv is supposed to provide 18 Veggies.

    I've been taking for about Six weeks, I don't really see a big before and after change.

    Just curious if these products provide the nutrients they say they do. I know nothing beats eating whole Fruits and Vegetables.

    The taste depends on which product you go with, as does the nutritional profile. You need to do your own research to decide which ones to try.
