    Cla

    A buddy of mine is trying to push cla on me. What are your guy's thoughts and opinions on it?

    I run a supplement shop and CLA is the only thing I sell for fat loss - it has credible science behind it.

    I used it YEARS ago when EAS was pushing it. I honestly didnt notice much at 3g per day,,, but over the last year or
    so have been doing research and have found some positive reviews on 6 gram dosages daily,,,another advantage is
    its fairly affordable now,,,back in the EAS days is was outrageous for a month supply.
