    How many supplements do you take.

    This is my daily setup but sometimes I dont get through all of them in one day though.

    Haha jeez and I thought I was taking a lot at the moment.

    I'm taking:
    Creatine
    Multivitamins
    Fish oil
    Vitamin d
    Vitamin c
    Zinc
    Alanine (got it on special)
    Arginine
    Pre-workout
    Protein powder

    This is the most I've ever taken and I'm quite liking the small amount of results I'm getting from the stack. Alanine I've found pointless but have a heap of it and arginine is just good for pumps.

    I've cut way back. Pretty much down to whey or egg white protein, Hawthorne berry, pregnenolone, Vit. D, dhea, NAC, creatine, glutamine peptides, krill oil...
    There are 3 loves in my life: my wife, my English mastiffs, and my weightlifting....Man, my wife gets really pissed when I get the 3 confused...

    I take Whey Protein, Creatine, TB500, Sermorelin GHRP-2, and a preworkout and will drink BCAA's during workout.

    Yeah I figure the same thing but also I have them so I might as well use them. Most are what have been talked about in the hurt section. This is not counting any rx meds.

    You really shouldn't store pills in your pocket. Hard to train with a bunch o pills in your pocket.

    Could use more, but I don't feel comfortable popping more pills

    Sylvan Bio's Traditional supplements. I picked it up at GNC. We have a place called the the herb store and they were all out. The owner of the store said she can't keep it on the shelf. So that gave me some positive reinforcement. Not that I didn't take your advice for truth!! Ha Ha How long before you see your number start to come down. The niacin I take makes get red and hot from my knee's to the top of my head.

    Thanks for the heads!! Here I thought I was going place with my cholesterol. LOL You posted what you were taking in a different thread and I had already realized by then you very knowledgeable person and only gave out solid advice so I just wrote them down and went to town in search of them. I will get on amazon and order what I need. Should I finish that other stuff out or is it doing little to nothing for me ? Thanks again KElKEL I appreciate you!!

    Use it till your new stuff arrives. Then set it aside. I get the Hard Rhino via Amazon:

    Chinese Red Yeast Rice Powder

    I still get a little flushed on the slo niacin so I break them in 1/2 and take them about 1hr apart.

    I'd never remember. The only way I can take all these is at work and I have to start when I get there by leaving them in plain sight and taking them two at a time over 10+ hrs until they are gone.

    Reminds me of an old Ronnie Coleman DVD that I have
    Ronnie had a similar setup that could pass for a tackle box
    loaded with his daily supplements.

    Pregnenolone: steroid hormone power to beat stress and boost memory

    Research into pregnenolone benefits can be traced back to the 1940s, when it was found to aid the productivity of factory workers, whilst helping to reduce stress.
