    BRIDGE review

Ok, so I'm not one to boast about a supplement, especially ones with such high claims as seen in BRIDGE. After reading countless reviews on the product (not reviews on the manufacturer's website), I decided to give it a go during PCT, and leading up to my next cycle. I have run a few cycles in the past with proper PCT, however, I always managed to lose a descent amount of gains during and after PCT, even whilst keeping training intense and consistent, and diet dialed in. I would always lose pounds on my main lifts (bench, squat, etc.), along with losing some muscle mass.

It has been 7 weeks since I ended my cycle of Test Prop @ 100mg/EOD w/Nolva for PCT for (4) weeks. So far, I have only lost 1 rep on my bench and 1 rep on my squat, still lifting the same amount of weight on the bar though. I have also maintained my body weight with no visual increase in body fat.

For those of you not familiar with BRIDGE, here is an overview:

    BRIDGE-The Muscle Maintenance Supplement!

Need something to hold you over in-between cycles? Want to keep making gains without the suppression? Don’t want to lessen gains and increase risks by staying on too long? Then you need to BRIDGE, the ONLY supplement of its kind! It is designed specifically for advanced athletes.

    What is in Bridge?

Cassis Grandiszz: This is an amazing and exotic herb from the jungles of Costa Rica. It has a reputation in folklore as an aphrodisiac but more scientific studies reveal that it increases blood volume. That is exactly what androgens do that produce those massive pumps! It’s the first thing you miss when you go off! Now, you can get them back!

Phosphatydl Serine: This unique phospholipid has the distinct ability to stop the destruction of the cellular wall. It is an intriguing component to anti-aging but it also prevents muscle catabolism, so…

..you don’t lose the gains you made while on cycle!

Fadogia Aggrestis: Fadogia is the only natural substance shown to increase luteinizing hormone, thus allowing for faster recovery. Even if you use HCG , it’s only a temporary fix. Fadogia gets the body to work on its own to restore testosterone and testicular size.

Alpha GPC (L Alpha Glycerylphosphorycholine): Unlike bogus GH enhancers, Alpha GPC has been proven to increase GH output, when it’s secreted naturally. In other words, when you train hard and are in a deep sleep, growth hormone production may be increased by up to 20%!

EGCG: This is an extract of green tea, that offers the most concentrated form of the active ingredient. It’s a powerful antioxidant that also helps in utilizing and preventing the storage of excess fat.

It also restores focus and stamina!

Resveratrol: This is what you would call “an aging antagonist” enzyme that also maintains proper hormonal balance – a must, after disrupting the HPTA and waiting for it to recover.

Euricoma Longifolia Root 100:1 Extract: Euricoma increases free testosterone to make the most of what you make naturally. We use the highest potency available. With regular use, you can double the potential of your natural testosterone, resulting in more muscle growth!
Muira Puama 12:1 Extract: Here we have our libido enhancer, so you still have that raging drive you get from harsher compounds.

Lepidium Meyenii: This assures the right balance of estrogen, so it doesn’t go too high or too low.

Pregnenolone: This is the MASTER hormone that is the precursor to testosterone. Once a cycle ends, pregnenolone drops. BRIDGE replaces it to healthy levels.

It also gives you that sense of "well being" while on cycle!

Why spend time, money and effort of cycles just to lose most of it? Now, you don’t have to! Don’t kid yourself! Using low doses of androgens in between cycles isn’t enough to grow muscle and it just suppresses you further – NOT GOOD! Do it the right way– with BRIDGE! Maintain, muscle, stamina and sex drive with BRIDGE. Feel good, feel strong!

I have to say that I am very impressed with this supplement. Of course, BRIDGE is not the only factor in maintaining gains in between cycles, but in comparison to my past cycles, I have to say that it has helped immensely. Having said that, I am not sure whether or not I will be running it again, but that is only due to the fact that I will be running HGH from here on out to help maintain more gains.

Would be curious if anyone else has used this, or if anyone else plans to use it so they can post their results as well.

    Cheers, guys!

Looking at the label (here), I honestly don't see how any of those ingredients would do anything with respect to muscle retention. In fact, they wouldn't do much of anything at all at the quantities shown.

    Just a couple of examples:

    - Pregnenlone is at 5mg. I wouldn't bother with that unless it was 50 to 100 mg daily.

    - EGCG is at 150mg. Unless specified, this is usually total extract, not actual EGCG, which would be < 75mg in fact at most. You need 600mg daily at least for decent benefits, none of which are muscle retention.

    - Resveratrol is at 25mg. This does nothing, even at 100mg.

    - Alpha-GPC at 125mg. Studies show that humans and rats didn't see any progress at these doses. 1200mg+ to see any benefit and it's mostly negligible.

    - Fadogia agrestis dose is odd. Just seems random. Studies have shown this useful for premature ejaculation concerns and also note damage to lipids.

Anyway, the rest of the ingredients are par for the course above. I don't know what else to say about this except there is no way scientifically possible for this compound to help with muscle retention, whatsoever. You're probably just doing a better job eating post cycle, than you have in the past, and that's why your results are better. Retaining muscle (to a degree) is not difficult for the experienced. Unless of course you've passed your natural ability.

I really had no intention of bursting any bubbles here. Just an honest overview of some of the ingredients that I'm very experienced with.

At any rate, I'm glad to hear your cycle results are good and retained.

Thanks for the honest feedback Austintine. I really am not 100% sure why I've managed to keep nearly all of my gains, which is why I was hoping to get feedback from someone else who has tried it. Guess it's not that popular among the members here. Whatever the cause, I'm very happy with my kept gains, and I plan on continuing the BRIDGE until I run out this month.

    Cheers!
