Sippin' on BCAA's all day everyday... Is this bad to do?

I drink this all day not only intra workout. Does it matter that I drink my BCAA's morning til night? I drink about 1-2 gallons of water per day depending on my workout load on that particular day. Please advise if you have any information on my question... Thank you! Yummmm Pineapple flavor is so good!

Should be fine. Although you really don't need more than 5 grams of leucine a day.

i use xtend brand bcaa's, but im cheap so i usually only drop it in my gallon of water for the gym. if you can afford to drink it all day, do it.

I don't.... but then again I am not recording my macros (yet) I need to, I know but to me just eating healthier like I am now vs. like I was the last 8 months is A HUGE DIFFERENCE. I do want to start recording my macros though so maybe after I fight this cold I will start using my fat secret app

I don't see an issue with it besides maybe burning a hole in your pocket. All I know is some BCAAs taste amazing haha
