    Beta Alanine Dosage and Side Effects

    What is the optimal daily dosage for BA? How should it be spread out?

    I've read that BA depletes taurine. Is it necessary to supplement taurine while taking BA?

    It's more of a preworkout thing, 3-5g is the usual recommended dose. Not sure about taurine.
