If you're looking for a diuretic just drink a shit ton of black coffee.
The diuretics I've seen OTC look shady tbh

Many of the OCT diuretics are solid, but they take a good week to fully work, and even then you don't want to use them as a crutch, but more so to peak for a day or two. It's not a good idea to deplete electrolyte levels.
