Hi guys,
I'm new to this site but I've been lurking around for a while.
I've just received my bottle of clen (60mcg tabs) and I want to start tomorrow.
What should I be aiming for macro-wise?
In relation to kcal, do I just aim for my BMR or do I drop a couple hundred calories?
I know I should have figured this out sooner but I didn't think my clen would arrive as quickly as it did!
