    Question on Creatine

    Sup all,

    Quick question on creatine. I am using Fitness Labs creatine, and it says to use 5 grams. It didn't come with a scooper, how do you measure 5 grams worth?

    Prolly a stupid question but..

    i have the same question... is that tea spoon full meaning "heaping" or leveled off to the edge of the spoon?
