N.O xplode 2.0 is supposed to be really good. C4 sucks apparently. Caffeine and citrulline/arginine are the 2 top supps for performance/pump.
I've used assault, it's ok. I'd go for N.O xplode 2.0 over assault.
Make your own preworkout, it's cheaper and you ll know exactly what and how much you are taking![]()
N.O explode is good, so is C4. But i think GAT is the best i have ever had. i thought the pump was great along with strength.

I don't do pre workouts anymore, but when I did, NOx seemed to be pretty good. then I made my own. then switched to making my own, mostly arginine, bcaa/glutamine, and some destrose.
But......
...........I've found that I perform pretty damn good for an old bull just eating a banana or two right before walking in. decent intensity without all the BS thermogenics

Take some caffeine and you'll get the same your getting out of pre workouts.
My favourite is White Flood by Controlled Labs but NO Explode is my second favourite so i'd go with that one over the c4, never tried assault.

I don't use a pre workout anymore, but Arnold ' s iron pump was good, as was muscle pharm's assault
Original formula of Jack3d is awesome.
Coffee, creatine, protein powder, and oats in a shaker. Better than all the pre workouts I used to take.
I lift for a pump, the coffee is for energy, the protein and oats are fuel. The creatine gives me a bit extra pump.
That should be all you need.
Yes, I use raw quick oats in my shakes, I have been putting hemp seeds in my shakes lately too. Lots of protein and healthy fats.
Currently using GAT's preworkout and love it.
