Need a good .001 scale

Hey guys and gals.
Just ordered some bulk powders for making my own supplement caps.
And needing a decent priced scale to measure down to 10mg accurately.
I am using it to measure Synephrine, so I need to have good accuracy. But at a good price.

I think mine is a dual digital display, goes to at least 1mg, maybe it's 0.1mg (can't remember) for around $50

Where could I pick one up at? I looked on amazon. A couple inexpensive ones. But bad reviews.
Same with powder city ones.
Would walmart have any you think?
