    Has anyone used it? Waste of time???

    Ya for vit c is waste of time since the oral version already absorbs easily

    But other ones like vit b 12 ya that's worth it more

    I just wonder if it burns like a bitch?! Lol

    I'm still gathering info and feedback before I try it out. Thanks for the replies guys!
