Recovery Supplement
Hey all or Y'all (for us in the south),
I have always been a morning workout guy, but recently I have been joining other in the evening to workout. The problem is some mornings I just haven't recovered fast enough to go after a good evening workout. I am only taking protein and creatine at the moment. Does anyone have any recommendations to any accessible supplements that I can take at night to speed up the recovery process?

More sleep/food, if you're working different bodyparts then it shouldn't be a problem.

Thanks for the input. I get a minimum of 7 hours of sleep. I do need to be better about food. I am working on getting below 20% (I have been around 23%-25% for the last year). I will do a little research on Xtend.

Take high doses of arginine before bed. It promotes secretion of resting growth hormone . 5 to 9 grams before bed should do it. Some get stomach aches with high doses, so start low and ramp up each night to see how you respond.

BCAA, electrolyte, and carbohydrate drink during your workout. Also make sure your taking in adequate carbs before and after as well to recover and power through.
