    I forgot about Redline, thanks for the reminder. A bit expensive for an everyday thing, but it's LEGIT.

    No-explode works for me. I think its good stuff. Also dy black bombs is a good energy boost, makes your heart race though especially between sets

    how about nitraflex? i recently switched to this from Jack3d, which isnt doing anything for me anymore, and 3 scoops srsly gets me pumped like crazy for a solid hr, then i crash lol. I recommend the orange flavor, it tastes pretty good!

    As a big coffee drinker and pre-workout bouncer, I've gone through dozens over the years. I've found that cycling off ALL caffeine, even for just 3 days, can bring back the effect of the pre-workout when reintroduced. Only you know your lifestyle and training, but I've found this helpful.

    If you don't feel your pre workout working it could be one of a few things... You could have built a tolerance to it. Or you are not drinking enough water.     Your body builds a tolerance to just about anything. This is why it's important to change things up pre workout, training, food it all needs to change every so often

    I just started a new workout approach and am very sore. I also decided I hate burpees. Lol
