Is as close to taking steroids as you can come without taking hormones (dont get me wrong, the effects/results are nowhere near similar). It really just fuels your atp (more energy). The size and strength you gain on it is mostly because of water weight. But after taking creatine for a while, you will have gained more muscle than you would "naturally", however we are not talking about much. I wouldnt spend money on it.
Definitely worth it IMO, it's incredibly cheap and proven to work in the majority of people. It's not a dramatic effect but it might mean 1 or 2 extra reps or a little more weight which in the long run adds up.
If you are a responder to creatine it can be worth it to supplement with it as you more than likely can't get enough through diet alone to mimic what supplementing with it does.

creatine almost shut down my liver while at a training camp and every doctor will tell you extra creatine is useless your body makes more than enough naturally not knocking anybody just my experience.

Is likely the other way around. Those with decreased kidney and liver function have pre-existing issues that are exacerbated by creatine. In otherwise healthy adults it is safe for use.Quote:

I was thinking the same thing, and i don't think it would since test needs to be substantially raised for prolonged periods of time to have any real effect. Might attribute to a very small amount of actual extra muscle gain over time at best.Quote:
