Nac works

I just wanna say NAC from the board sponsor works great. Two months or so ago my liver values was double normal, after only taking 600 mg daily, they are in the normal range, AWESOME, just awesome. OH and nothing else changed except i added the NAC, Thanks to this site and its members pointing to this suplement or medicine, whatever it is, it WORKS.

I'm definitely on this soon. I hear it's even beneficial for natural lifters due to the amount of 'metal' we consume through tinned fish.

NAC and UDCA are great while on cycle.

I take NAC at 600mg/day all the time and at 1200mg/day when on cycle. I have UDCA on hand more as a "treatment" option if liver enzyme do end up elevated. NAC is more my prevention tool, UDCA a treatment option.
