So i noticed holland and Barrett had ZMA on offer half price ( paid £10 ) so thought id try it since i heard it makes you have crazy dreams and that you feel more refreshed when you wake up.
Had a little look on youtube and everyone seems to slam it hard
"It's all placebo"
Its a gimmick"
"You dont need it you suck at life "
Was just wondering if there is any little truth to what it's supposed to do / does anyone take itLast edited by Reiid13; 02-20-2015 at 02:07 PM.
