    So i noticed holland and Barrett had ZMA on offer half price ( paid £10 ) so thought id try it since i heard it makes you have crazy dreams and that you feel more refreshed when you wake up.

    Had a little look on youtube and everyone seems to slam it hard
    "It's all placebo"
    Its a gimmick"
    "You dont need it you suck at life "

    Was just wondering if there is any little truth to what it's supposed to do / does anyone take it

    I used it for a while 2 month or so......not worth the money mate.

    Id like to try melatonin, just not got round to it yet.

    Well i think i wake up easier , but that may be coincidence / placebo but as I said £10 and its for 45 days so ill just take it i guess now i have it

    Exactly,,,Don't expect miracles or even AAS like gains. ZMA is essentially items your body needs for
    normal natural hormone production. Its been touted to help with sleep too.

    Really , my sleep pattern is so messed up atm , and I'm so exhausted atm when I do get to sleep that I don't seem to dream , still will keep taking
